The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted the Law "On Protection of Property Rights of Citizen during the Period of Crisis Overcoming in Ukraine"

The Law during the period of crisis overcoming in Ukraine envisages the introduction of moratorium on the gaining of the bailors the right of charge direction for the mortgage or hypothec in case the subject of the mortgage is the living property in which the citizens constantly live. The corresponding Bill is registered under №3459-1.
